2004 Bond Program Scope of Work

• Construct enclosed exterior mop room at loading dock
• Install additional bike rack and construct connecting walkway
• Repair plaster at front entrance canopies
• Repair asphalt, seal and restripe parking lots
• Install additional exterior security lighting
• Repair/replace deteriorated exterior metal doors, frames and hardware
• Replace expansion joint cover at floor in library and repair/replace adjacent floor covering
• Replace selected ventilation system equipment in classrooms
• Install plaster sink in art room
• Install playslab cover
• Install safety and security enhancements

2008 Bond Program Scope of Work

• Technology upgrades

Install additional security lighting; replace selected exterior doors; install plaster sink in art room; replace selected heating, ventilation and air conditioning units; loading dock improvements; install new bike rack with connecting canopy; repair plaster canopies; repair and reseal parking lots; install expansion joint cover in library.	Bid phase.			Heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment will be high efficiency and meet or exceed latest energy standards (ASHRAE 90.1, 2001).
