2004 Bond Program Scope of Work

• Install additional exterior security lighting
• Repair/replace deteriorated exterior doors, frames and hardware
• Repair/replace approximately 30,000 square feet of built-up roofing and repair gutters and downspouts
• Replace selected library casework/cabinetry/furnishings
• Repair/replace cabinets in selected classrooms
• Replace interior doors in 200-wing
• Renovate/refurbish student and faculty restrooms
• Replace grease trap serving kitchen
• Replace water piping and insulation in mechanical room and crawl space under kitchen
• Replace deteriorated faucets at all sinks
• Install playslab cover
• Install safety and security enhancements
• Replace heating, cooling and ventilation system equipment at kitchen, cafeteria and 200- and 500-classroom wings

Install additional exterior security lighting at north parking; repair/replace deteriorated exterior doors, frames and hardware; renovate/refurbish student and faculty restrooms; replace deteriorated water piping and insulation in mechanical room and crawl space under kitchen; repair/replace deteriorated cabinets in classrooms; replace/add furniture, fixtures and equipment control humidity in library; replace interior doors in 200 wing; demolish and remove abandoned heating, ventilation and air conditioning system equipment on roof; repair/replace security lighting in south parking lot; replace undersized grease trap at kitchen; replace deteriorated faucets at all sinks.	Complete.	Under budget.*		Sustainability consultants will review the renovations design to determine if any input for green design and/or rebates can be accomplished with this work.
Repair/replace approximately 30,000 square feet of built-up roofing.	Complete.	Within budget.*		New replacement roof systems will provide increased thermal efficiency and solar reflectivity.

*Budget for the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs are reported as both individual project budgets and overall program budget. While specific projects may be over or under budget, the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs remain well within the total program budget.
