2004 Bond Program Scope of Work

• Improve storm/site drainage in selected areas
• Install exit door and sidewalk at center-west courtyard
• Replace perimeter gutters, flashing and expansion joints at classroom wing roofs
• Replace water damaged paneling in main corridor
• Install new ventilation equipment for cafeteria, gym and administration area
• Install playslab cover
• Install safety and security enhancements
• Replace movable partition between cafeteria and gymnasium

2008 Bond Program Scope of Work

• Technology upgrades
• Replace moveable partition between cafeteria and gymnasium

Current	Schedule	Budget	General	Environmental
Repair/replace roofing, replaced gutters, flashing and expansion joints at classroom wing roofs.	Complete.	Over budget.*		New replacement roof system will provide increased thermal efficiency and solar reflectivity.
Kitchen hood fire suppression replacement.	Complete.	Under budget.*
Repair and renovation.	Complete.	Over budget partially caused by placing condensing units on the roof rather than on the ground for greater efficiency. Program contingency funds were used.*		New or replacement heating and air conditioning units are connected into the Energy Management System.

*Budget for the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs are reported as both individual project budgets and overall program budget. While specific projects may be over or under budget, the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs remain well within the total program budget.
