2004 Bond Program Scope of Work

• Reseal and restripe parking lot
• Install concrete dumpster pad
• Reglaze windows and doors in selected areas
• Replace deteriorated exterior door hardware
• Repair/replace approximately 37,000 square feet of built-up roofing
• Improve storm/site drainage at building perimeter
• Replace selected library casework/cabinetry/furnishings
• Replace drinking fountains in selected areas
• Replace worn floor covering in open-plan classrooms and other selected areas
• Renovate/refurbish student group restrooms
• Replace deteriorated ventilation system controls and equipment
• Install new ventilation equipment serving administration and library
• Install playslab cover
• Install safety and security enhancements

2008 Bond Program Scope of Work

Repair/replace approximately 37,000 square feet of built-up roofing.	Complete.	Within budget.*		New replacement roof system will provide increased thermal efficiency and solar reflectivity.
Reseal exterior masonry walls.	Complete.	Funded with 2002 bond funds.*
Install playslab cover.	Complete.	Under budget.*
Reglaze windows and doors, replace exterior door hardware, prevent soil erosion into crawl space, renovate restrooms, reseal and restripe parking lot, replace library casework/cabinets/furnishings, replace drinking fountains, replace floor coverings, upgrade heating and air conditioning units, install safety and security enhancements.	Substantially complete.	Within budget.*	Awaiting final close-out documents.	Intent is to employ all feasible green building strategies.

*Budget for the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs are reported as both individual project budgets and overall program budget. While specific projects may be over or under budget, the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs remain well within the total program budget.
