2004 Bond Program Scope of Work

• Install additional parking spaces at front loop drive
• Install canopy lighting and additional exterior security lighting
• Construct concrete pad for recycling container
• Repair/replace exterior doors, frames and hardware
• Repair/replace approximately 53,000 square feet of built-up roofing
• Replace window systems in 300/400-classroom wings

• Repair/replace damaged sink cabinets in selected classrooms

• Replace deteriorated exhaust fans in restrooms

New visitor parking, heating and air conditioning renovations, partial facility roof replacement, restrooms, life skill classroom renovations, window replacement, crawl space plumbing/piping replacement, new grease trap, interior and exterior door replacement/repair, closed circuit TV and card reader door access installations.	Complete.	Under budget.*		Heating and air conditioning improvements; reflective roof coatings required for roof replacement work. Austin Energy has been notified of intent to apply for energy rebates. Roofing insulation and ventilation upgrades.

After the project complete ion, the project will be commissioned to ensure that all newly installed mechanical systems operate at their peak efficiency.

*Budget for the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs are reported as both individual project budgets and overall program budget. While specific projects may be over or under budget, the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs remain well within the total program budget.
