2004 Bond Program Scope of Work

• Install additional exterior security lighting
• Improve storm/site drainage in selected areas
• Repair/replace approximately 18,000 square feet of built-up roofing
• Repair/refurbish casework and sing faucets in selected classrooms
• Replace damaged ceiling tile and grid in cafeteria
• Repair/refurbish classroom doors
• Replace deteriorated ventilation system controls and equipment
• Repair/replace selected ventilation system equipment
• Replace sanitary sewer lines serving kitchen
• Construct new music room
• Remodel student restrooms at gym for accessibility compliance and enclose gym corridor
• Install playslab cover
• Install safety and security enhancements

2008 Bond Program Scope of Work

• Technology upgrades
• Replace/expand faculty restrooms
• Repair/replace roofing over classroom areas
• Replace deteriorated doors and frames in gymnasium
• Improve site drainage at front of building and at portables
• Replace dishwasher

Complete.	Within budget.*		New construction will meet Austin Energy two-star Green Building rating. All new mechanical systems will meet and exceed the latest energy standards. Consultant will commission the project to ensure that all systems operate at peak efficiency.
Replace dishwasher.	Bid phase.*	Within budget.*	Grouped with 13 other schools.

*Budget for the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs are reported as both individual project budgets and overall program budget. While specific projects may be over or under budget, the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs remain well within the total program budget.
