2004 Bond Program Scope of Work

• Install additional exterior security lighting
• Improve storm/site drainage at building perimeter
• Construct concrete dumpster pads
• Construct cover over ramp and sidewalk between main building and library
• Repair/replace approximately 58,000 square feet of built-up roofing
• Repair/replace deteriorated window wall system at courtyard
• Replace folding partitions between classrooms
• Renovate selected administration areas to improve visibility of main entrance and corridor
• Repair/replace cabinets and casework in selected classrooms
• Replace floor coverings in library, music room, administration area and gym
• Renovate/refurbish student group and faculty restrooms
• Replace deteriorated ventilation system controls and equipment
• Replace deteriorated exhaust fans
• Replace ventilation system boiler and selected equipment
• Install additional electrical outlets in administration area
• Expand kitchen serving line
• Install playslab cover

Install security lighting, construct draining improvements, repair exterior doors, replace window wall, renovate restrooms, construct additional on site parking, repave service drive with concrete, install playslab cover, replace folding wall between cafeteria and gym, construct permanent walls between classrooms, repair and improve heating and air conditioning units, install emergency egress lighting, repair electrical equipment, expand cafeteria and kitchen, add new PE teacher office.	Complete.	Over budget.*	Final project close out documents being prepared.	Green building principles employed.
Construct eight-classroom addition; construct cafeteria/kitchen improvements; replace dishwasher.	Design phase.			New construction will meet Austin Energy Green Building two-star rating.
