2004 Bond Program Scope of Work
• Construct new primary entrance canopy at west end of building
• Install additional exterior security lighting
• Repair/replace approximately 72,000 square feet of built-up roofing
• Install science casework/tables in selected classrooms
• Replace clock system
• Renovate/refurbish student and faculty restrooms
• Replace deteriorated ventilation system controls and equipment
• Rebuild ventilation system chiller
• Replace ventilation system cooling tower
• Refurbish/replace/modify ventilation system equipment in selected locations
• Replace exhaust fans in student and faculty restrooms
• Replace ventilation motor control centers
• Construct addition to girls’ and boys’ athletic locker areas
• Install safety and security enhancements
