2004 Bond Program Scope of Work

• Reseal and restripe parking lot and drives

Construct art rooms, graphics lab, computer rooms, expansion to PE area for weight room, renovate girls and boys locker areas, teacher offices, restrooms, and showers, PE equipment storage, install supplemental conditioned fresh air system for classrooms, install security lighting, repair and replace roofing, repair/replace deteriorated exterior doors, frames and hardware, renovate and refurbish student and faculty restrooms, convert ventilation controls, replace electrical switchgear and motor control center, install display cabinets for art classrooms, replace clock system, replace ventilation air handling units, safety enhancements and security card reader door access.	Complete.	Over budget.*		Energy, water and sustainability consultant will be involved in design review and system acceptance for the ventilation equipment.
Repair/replace heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment in band and orchestra rooms.	Design phase.		Grouped with project at Burnet Middle School and Andrews Elementary School.	Heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment will be high efficiency and meet or exceed latest energy standards (ASHRAE 90.1, 2001).

*Budget for the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs are reported as both individual project budgets and overall program budget. While specific projects may be over or under budget, the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs remain well within the total program budget.
