2004 Bond Program Scope of Work

• Install additional exterior security lighting
• Add parking on west side of north annex
• Improve storm/site drainage in selected areas
• Replace exterior doors, frames and hardware in 300-wing
• Replace approximately 18,000 square feet of built-up roofing
• Replace subfloor in rooms 101 and 103
• Replace sprayed-on ceiling material in north annex
• Replace clock system
• Install water heater for locker room showers
• Expand library
• Add/refurbish library furniture, fixtures and equipment
• Install safety and security enhancements
• Replace heating, cooling and ventilation system cooling tower and heat exchanger

• Replace heating, ventilation and air conditioning system cooling tower and heat exchanger
• Technology upgrades
• Convert one existing classroom into a science classroom
• Install science safety equipment
• Cafeteria and kitchen improvements

Install additional exterior lighting; reroute drainage from downspouts at gym/cafeteria; replace exterior doors, frames and hardware in 300 wing; replace approximately 18,000 square feet of built-up roofing; install water heater for locker room showers; add parking on west side of north annex; abate sprayed-on ceiling material in north annex and replace with suspended acoustical ceiling with lighting; replace subfloor in rooms 101 and 103; replace clock system; expand library and waterproof basement room; add/refurbish library furniture, fixtures and equipment.	Design phase.			The intent is to employ all feasible green building strategies.
Convert one science classroom and acquire science equipment; renovate cafeteria/kitchen; replace heating, ventilation and air conditioning system cooling tower and heat exchanger.	Design phase.		2008 Bond Program work combined with 2004 Bond Program work.	The intent is to employ all feasible green building strategies.

*Budget for the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs are reported as both individual project budgets and overall program budget. While specific projects may be over or under budget, the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs remain well within the total program budget.
