Reactivate/replace underground storm drainage lines at west side of gym, at annex and at 200/300 classroom wing; replace worn exterior door hardware; replace deteriorated heating, ventilation and air conditioning system cooling tower; replace heating, ventilation and air conditioning duct work located in below floor crawl space serving music room; repair, reseal and re-stripe parking lot; replace porcelain drinking fountains with electric water coolers in 100 and 200 wings; replace deteriorated/non-functioning exhaust fans and install new fans in various locations; replace grease trap; replace sanitary sewer lines under kitchen; renovate existing audio visual storage into library reading room; replace/refurbish deteriorated furniture, fixtures and equipment including circulation desk; install elevator for 200/300 classroom wings.	Complete.	Over budget.*	Project delayed due to addition to original scope of work to include an installation of an elevator. Grouped with work at Zavala Elementary School.	New heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment will be energy efficient.
