2004 Bond Program Scope of Work
Improve storm/site drainage at selected building entrance ways
Repair/replace approximately 60,000 square feet of built-up roofing
Apply slip-resistant surfacing on stair treads and landings
Repair exterior canopy soffits and replace light fixtures
Refurbish ceramic floor tile in all restrooms

After field investigations, it was determined that proper drainage improvements should offset any ventilation requirements to control moisture in crawlspaces. |

The overall project was divided into three phases. Phase I is 30,000 square feet of roofing. Phase II is interior work including safety and security work. Phase III is additional roofing and remaining interior and exterior work. |

Numerous meetings and discussions with principal, staff, Campus Task Force and team have occurred. Weekly meetings are being held to continue development of the plans. Phase I work, which includes conversion of a portion of the boys PE locker room into an additional athletic locker room an demolition in areas to be converted to classrooms is underway and scheduled for completion by mid-August 2009. |
New construction and major building system renovations to be designed to meet or exceed Austin Energy Green Building two-star rating. |

program budget. While specific projects may be over or under budget, the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs remain well
