The Office of Innovation and Development (IAD) coordinates, aligns, and expands opportunities to link partners and resources to innovative educational efforts in the Austin Independent School District.

 Our Services:

  • Linking partners with innovative educational reform efforts in the schools
  • Identifying and advising staff on funding and strategic partnership opportunities
  • Facilitating the development of successfully funded projects using local and national best-practice development and fundraising models
  • Providing support and coaching to all grant managers and administrators to implement, and report on grant activities and outcomes
