Campuses should use the following tools to more promptly identify students at-risk of dropping out of school. All of these reports can be acquired through Austin Access at https://access.austinisd.org.

10+ Days Absence Report - alerts campus personnel of student unexcused absences (can be used to identify appropriate interventions based on # of unexcused absences)

By selecting the "Student 10-Day Absence Report", you will see a full listing of all students that have 10 or more unexcused days or parts of day absences within a six-month period. This information can change daily.

Attendance/Behavior Alert - Weekly report of students with both 10 or more unexcused absences and 5 or more absences from the classroom due to disciplinary reasons during a 20-day period

Attendance Warning Letter Report
